Steve Perry

Steve’s journey began in public service, where he served our country as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Air Force and continued in law enforcement for 13 years before getting his real estate license in 2000. This foundation instilled a deep sense of discipline and dedication that has shaped his career.

His impact on the real estate industry is undeniable. Steve created Media One Real Estate and was instrumental in growing Realtypath from 100 to 1,200 agents in just five years. As President of Presidio Real Estate, he expanded the company from 120 agents and 5 locations to 400 agents and 18 locations in the same timeframe. Beyond his business ventures, Steve has dedicated 12 years to the Salt Lake Board of Directors and has served as a director on both the UAR and NAR boards, including leading as Vice Chair/Chair for the UAR Professional Standards Committee (2022-2023) and representing Utah on the NAR RPAC Major Donor Committee. He even served as the first Mayor of Kearns in 2017 and Chairman of the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Servicing District!

For Steve, all of his professional drive is fueled by his family. He lives by Walt Disney's insightful quote: "A man should never neglect his family for business." He's a proud father of six children, has nine grandchildren, and has been happily married to his wonderful wife, April, for over 36 years.
